Criteria for Selection
Residents will be selected based on prior experience, personal and professional references, demonstrated commitment to the field, and an interview with the Program Director and/or the company’s President. Minimum academic requirements include a baccalaureate degree and graduation from an institution whose practitioner programs are accredited by NCOPE. Prior experience working in an O&P setting is desirable, although not required.
